Rochelle & David Ludwig
David and Rochelle Ludwig live in New York City with their children, Zachary (W ’27), Chloe (C ’30), and Miles. Miles attends 8th grade at the Horace Mann School and Zachary and Chloe are both students at the University of Pennsylvania where they are strongly connected to the JHP community. David is a Partner at Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC., where he leads the Global Equity Capital Markets business. He has hosted JHP events at Goldman Sachs and serves on the boards of the Netter Center for Community Partnerships at the University of Pennsylvania, Common Sense Media, and the Horace Mann School. David graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics. Rochelle graduated from the University of Michigan and earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the Graduate School of Education at New York University. She began her career as a Senior Occupational Therapist at NYU Medical Center’s Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation and later worked with Kids Thrive NYC. Rochelle is actively involved in a number of philanthropic and community initiatives, including serving on the Penn Parents Council, the Community Initiative for Holocaust Survivors through UJA-Federation of New York, the New York Advisory Council of Common Sense Media, and the board of the ICA at the University of Pennsylvania. Together, David and Rochelle are outstanding supporters of JHP, generously giving their time, leadership, and support to strengthen its community and impact.

Karen & Ken Ziman
Ken and Karen Ziman live in New York City with their sons, Jake (C ’27) and Andrew (C ’29), both students at the University of Pennsylvania. Jake previously served as President of JHP, and Andrew joined as a freshman, taking on the role of Recruitment Chair and continuing the family’s deep involvement in the organization.
Ken is a Partner in the Restructuring and Debt Capital Solutions Practice at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, where he has hosted JHP mentoring events. Over a 35+ year career, he has also been a partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and Lazard. He serves on the boards of the New York Common Pantry and The Eli Sunshine Fund, and as part of the Restructuring Division Executive Committee of the UJA-Federation of New York. He earned his BA with honors from Colgate University and his law degree from The University of Pennsylvania Carey School of Law.
Karen graduated with distinction from the Cornell University College of Arts and Sciences and earned her law degree from Cornell Law School. She began her career as a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss. Karen is a founding board member of The Eli Sunshine Fund, a non-profit dedicated to curing Ewing sarcoma. She is committed to community service and has volunteered with organizations including JCCA Pleasantville, the Horace Mann School, Congregation Rodeph Sholom, the UJA-Federation of New York, and Cornell University.
Together, Karen and Ken are outstanding supporters of JHP, generously giving their time, leadership, mentorship, and financial support to strengthen its community and impact.
JUNIOR HONOREE
Caroline Kaplan
Caroline Kaplan graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2023, where she concentrated in Marketing and Business Analytics. She currently serves as a Senior Assistant Buyer for Women’s Casual Clothing at Bloomingdale’s. In addition to her full-time role, Caroline is the founder of Task Me NYC, a graphic design business specializing in highly customizable, photo-based gifts. What began as a passion project in high school has grown into an ongoing entrepreneurial venture she continues to lead today.
During her time at Penn, Caroline became deeply involved in JHP, joining as a freshman, serving on the Board, and ultimately leading the organization as Co-President in her senior year. Some of her most meaningful college experiences were shaped by JHP, including her participation in a Birthright trip. She remains deeply grateful for the sense of community JHP continues to provide beyond graduation and campus life.About JHP

JHP engages students in meaningful service and outreach, helping them take initiative and make a real impact. Programs include:• PB&J sandwich drives feeding thousands of people in need
• Student-led outreach and volunteer initiatives
• Mental health support through Cogwell, a JHP-founded initiative
